Governor Rolph signed pardons today releasing from the California city or county gaols 128 men and women who were violators of the repealed Wright Prohibition Enforcement Act or the Jones' "Still Act." Mr. James Collier (Chairman of the House of Representatives' Ways and Means Committee) to-day predicted to a newspaperman that the Democratic 3-2 Bee£ Bill would be passed by the House on Wednesday.
