ITALY AND FRANCE BOTH IN BAD BUDGETARY POSITION

Rec. Dec. 20, 9.40 p.m. Rome, December 20. While M. Boncour is facing a French budget deficit of £64,000,000, Italy's present deficit is £23,500,000, and it is estimated the deficit for 1933-34 will be double that amount.
