PERSIAN OIL DISPUTE
London, Dec. 16. Mr. De Valera, the President of the Irish Free State and Mr. Joseph Connolly, are not going to Geneva next week, consequently the Free State's permanent delegate to the League, Mr. Sean Lestef, will preside at the Anglo-Persian dispute.
