OIL PRODUCTION
INTERNATIONAL INTERESTS CONCLUDE CONTROL AGREEMENT Ree. Dec. 14, 10 p.m. Paris, Dec. 14, The British, Dutch, American and Rumanian oil interest have reached an agreement on measures necessary to balance production of oil with the times. Rumania agreed to limit production to 8,500 gallens daily for three months from January 1.
