ROOSEVELT SUPPORTER INDICATES FUTURE PLANS
— By Telegraph — Copyrlght).
Rec. Dec. 13, 7.55 p.m. New York, Dec. 12, Colonel House, a strong supporter of Mr. Franklin Roosevelt, writing in the current issue of a magazine of foreign affairs, discusses America's foreign policy, which, it is assumed, affords, a broad outline of the policy Mr. Roosevelt will follow. Colonel House says the aim of the new administration will be to liquidate war debts so that world confidence may be restored and world trade freed from its shackles, the lowering of prohibitive tariffs to a competitive revenue producing basis, the revision of war debts and taking them oht of politics, and disarmament as a sequel with the creation of a state of security which the world lacks to-day. He favours supplementing the Pact of Paris with a consultative agreement.
