BIG CAMPAIGN TO BE INAUGURATED SHORTLY. One of the biggast efforts undertaken in New Zealand to discover possible screen talent will he made shortly when the comhined efforts of J. C. Williamson Picture Corporations, Ltd., Paramount Picture s and Messrs. Cadubnry, Fry Hudson will inaugurate a eampaign throughout New Zealand in search of people with definite screen possibilities. Studios the world over are searching for new types. and fresh faces, and the idea is to give New Zealanders an opportunity to compete. This contest will not he confined to heautiful girls, hut is open to anybody. This country, heing so far removed from the hub of the world's film studios, presents little chance to those desirous of brealdng through into the limelight, but a definite opportunity will shortly he presented for people in this country to bring this talent to the notice of studios in America, England and Australia.
