London, Dec. 5. At the wool saies 7548 bales were offered, including 3032 bales New Zealand. Approximately 3000 bales were sold. There was brisk home and Continental competition. The Continent took the bulk of the Puntas clip at five per cent. above the closing rate of the last series. New Zealand clips — greasy halfbred, "natd/B," lljd, crossbred Waitis, top price 5Jd; average 85d; halfbred lamb slipe, "Paereora," 12Jd; scoureds, "H.H./R.D.," top price 17d, average, 163d. At Bradford the mai'ket was very firm, topmakers refusing to make concessions.
