SCOTLAND'S MILK SUPPLY
ALARMING STATEMENTS. Alarming statements were made by experts on sanitation regarding Scotland's milk supply, in a eonference held at Elgin. Mr. Thomas Bishop, of Edinburgh, said that one creamery there extracted 13H'b of sludge from every 7000 gallons filtered. Analysed, it was found to eonsist of all kinds of dirt.
