CLAN INFLUENCE

PLAN SUGGESTED IN SCOTLAND To restore to th'e highlands of Scotland some of the former influence of the clans, Seton Gordon, the author, has submitted to the Highlands Society a imique plan. He isuggests that every clan should have a piece of ancestral land preserved and proposes a conference of all clan societies to consider the possibility of buying land in some way historically indentified with each clan. The Highland Society has sent out invitationsi to clan Societies to state their views.
