Rec. Nov. 27, 7.0 p.m. Buenos Aires, Nov. 26. The Finance Minister (Dr. Enrique Uriburu) announced that Sir Otto Niemeyer has contracted to advise the Argentine on economy and finance. Sir Otto will come to Buenos Aires to study the economic and financial position and make suggestions regarding exchange and banking, particularly currency. Sir Otto Niemeyer's engagement followed the resignation of five members of the London Domestic and Advisory Board.
