Pursuant to Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, the Rotorua Borough Council hereby gives notice that it*pro_ poses : — (.1) To raise a special loan not exceeding £1100 to he lcnown as the Whakarewarewa Sewerage Loan No. 2 for the purpose of installing a sewerage disposal scheme for the Native Village of Whakarewarewa. (2) That the said loan shall he repayable at the end of 25 years: (3) That the rate of interest payable in respect of the said loan shall not exceed £5 5s per cent. per annum. (4) That the seeurity for the said loan shall he a special rate of not more than .014 pence in the £ on tbe capital value of all rateable property in the Borough of Rotorua. (5) That provision for the repayment of the said loan shall he made by the establishment of a sinking fund of not less than £2 2s per cent. per annum ealculated on the amount of the loan raised.
