JgOROUGH QF J^OTORUA Pursuant to Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, the Rotorua Borough Council herehy gives notice that it pro_ poses: — (1) To raise a special sewerage loan not exceeding £2000, to be lcnown as the Whakarewarewa Sewerage Loan No. 1, 1932, in and for the heneiit of a defined part of the Borough, for which purpose a special roll defining such part was deposited in ae_ cordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the said Act, such loan to be for the purpose of the drainage reticulation of the said area, the installation of treatment tank and contingencies in connection therewith. (2) That the said loan shall be repayable at the end of 25 years. |3) That the rate of interest payable in respect of the said loan shall not exceed £5 5s per cent. per annum. (4) That the seeurity for the said loan shall be a special rate of 1.140 pence in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in such defined part of the Borough of Rotorua. (5) That provision for repayment of the said loan shall be made hy arranging a Sinking Fund of not less than £2 2s per cent. per annum ealculated on the amount raised.
