FATHER AND SON SENT TO PRISON FOR BURGLARY

Hamilton, Thursday. Charles Wynne Yates, aged 62 years and his son, Percival Charles Yates, aged 29 years, who were caught red-handed by the owner in his residence at Claudelands, Saturday, appeared for sentence in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. The elder man was sentenced to two years and the son to 18 months imprisonment with hard labour for breaking, entering and theft.
