blue baths to-night ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETE FOR SUCCESSFUL CARNIVAL ORDER OF EVENTS Final arrangements for the swimming carnival to be held at the Blue Baths to-night, commencing at 7.30 o'clock sharp, were completed at a meeting of the executive and officials of the Rotorua Swimming Club on Monday evening. Following is the order in which the events will be decided, the numbers alongside some events being the event number shown on the posters. All unnumbered events are finals, which were not shown on the posters. In order to assist the committee to get through the large programme with a minimum of delay, the public are requested to be in their seats not later than 7.30 p.m. Officials are asked to attend not later than 7 o'clock. Order of Events 1. — Tiny tots, boys, 8 years and under. 2. — Tiny tots, girls, 8 years and under. 3. — 25yds Primary boys, 12 years and under. Six heats. 3a. — 25yds. Primary boys, 15 -years and under. Three heats. 7. — 25yds. Men's handicap. Four heats. Semi-final of No. 3, two heats, one and two of heats in No. 3 to swim. 4. — 25yds. Primary girls, 12 years and under: Three heats. Final of No.3, 1 and 2 of semifinals. Final of No. 3a, 1 and 2 of heats. Final of No. 4, 1 and 2 of heats. Semi-final of No. 7, 1 and 2 of heats to swim. 4a. — 25yds. Primary girls, 15 years and under. 6. — Cigarette race. 5. — 50yds. Ladies' handicap. Two heats. Final of No. 7, 1 and 2 of semifinals. Final of No. 5, 1 and 2 of heats. 8. — 25yds. ' Junior girls' handicap. Two heats. 1 3. — 50yds. Men's handicap. Four heats. Final of No. 8, 1 and 2 of heats to swim. 9. — Men's 50yds. breaststroke. Semi-final of No. 13, 1 and 2 of heats. 10. — 25yds. Ladies' handicap. Two heats. Final of No. 13, 1 and 2 to swim. 12. — 50yds. iJunior boys. Two heats. Final of No. 10, 1 and 2 of heats. 11. — Men's 100yds. handicap. Three heats. Final of No. 12, 1 and 2 of heats. 14. — Race in clothing. Final of No. 11, 1 and 2 of heats. Relay race.
