The newspaper, Koelnische Zeitung, simultaneously with the publication of the French armament plan issued 24 pages of illustrated descriptions of French armaments, calling them the most powerful in the world, and instancing the French oft quoted love of peace and the true realisation of world peace. Rear-Admiral Jadoure says the new giant bombers are capahle of devastating the principal towns in England.
