Rec. Noy. 14. Warsaw, Nov. 13. The fermentation of barley stored in a granary attached to a brewery caused' a wall to collapse buryirig a neighbouring tenement, in wbich 31 were sleeping. Eighteen Were killed. Most of them were ; suffocated under tons of grain. All " the others were injured. The director of the hrewery was arre$ted I on the ground that the quantity of grain stored violated the building ' ordinance. ,
