Rec. Nov. 13, 6.30 p.m. Shanghai, Nov. 12. A Harbin report states that the crew of the Manchoukuo gunhoat . Sunli, anchored in the, proximity of the confluence of the Sungari and the Amur ■ Rivers, killed and threw overboard their comrades and officers who refused to mutiny. The mutineers then Roisted the Kuomintang flag and removed the gunhoat, toward the Amur' River, where they were received hy a Soviet gun boat. The mutineers than abandoned the gunhoat and proceeded ashore in launches
