GOLF CLOSING

OFFICIAL SEASON ENDS. Mixed f oursomes were the order of the day on Saturday when the official season of the Rotorua Golf Club was brought to a close. There was a large entry in the foursomes, and some very good cards were returned. However, none could surpass the 65 nett returned by Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Redhead and they were acclaimed the winners. The president Dr. S. H. Hay, in a happy speech, congratulated the prize winners and called upoA Mrs. Hay to present the trophies won by the men during the past season.
