(Press. Assn.r

MR. DE VALERA'S YIEWS

— By Telegraph— Copyright).

Ree, Nov, 9, 7,10 p.m. Dublin, November 9. "As far as this Government is concerned, the land annuities "will never be paid," said Mr. de Valera in the Fianna Fail party's annual conference. "We are not a lot of impossible people and have not engaged in this conflict unwittingly. "Fundamentally, our people have no hatred for the Britisfr, but we hate tyranny and people who dominate us when they have no right to dominate us. We are prepared to live side by side with Great Britain as neighbours on termsj of equality and friendship, but we are not going to permit ourselves to be exploited."
