RUMANIAN ROYALTY
Bucharest, Nov. 1. Princess Helep has signed the terms offered her with a modification enabling her to reside at her favourite palace in Bucharest when in Rumania. She has also received £25,000 being the balance due for the sale of her Black Sea castle to the War Department.
