London, November 1. In the House of Commons Mr. L. Hore Belisha, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, informed Lord Scone (Conservative member for Perth), that no immediate reduction in the Australian whisky duty of 45 s a gallon is provided for in the Ottawa Agreement, but the duty will he reviewed when finances permit.
