MAN WHO SOLICITEO FUNDS FOR COMMUNIST PARTY Sydney, October 30. Francis Devany who was convieted last week on a charge of soliciting contributions for the Communisb Party, was brought up to-day for sentence and was ordered to be imprisoned for six months. The magistrate found that the Communist organisation was clearly a body which encourages its advocates to overthrow the constitution hy revolution. t
