BEACONS FOR AIRMEN
Tokio, October 31. The first of a number of lighthouses to he erected hy voluntary contributions will operate in November from the summit of a mountain in the Hakone district, the main route of Japan's air lines. It is equipped with revolving vari-coloured lamps of 3,500,000 candle power.
