FREE STATE GOVERNOR
London, October 30. Mr. James McNell, GovernorGeneral of the Irish Free State, performed his last act of his office by signing three hills which had been assented to by the Senate. He will vacate the vice-regal lodge on Tuesday. A new appointment is expected in a fortnight.
