OFFER WITHOUT ALTERNATIYES PROFFERED BY GOYT. Bucharest, October 30. The Government has offered Princess Helen the following conditions without any alternatives : 1. A sum -equal to what she received prior to tbe reduction of the
entire civil list and State employees' salaries, or nearly £14,000. 2. Permission to see Prince Michael in Switzerland for one month yearly, 3. Permission to visit Rumania, residing where the Government desires, Princess Helen has been given untii to-morrow to rep'ly.
