Gullett, Minister of Customs, has suffered a eomplete breakdown in health since his return from Ottawa, and is unable to attend Parliament, which is holding up the debate on the Ottawa agreement, until his return. Fears are expressed that his condition is so serious that he may be compelled to resign from the Ministry.
