british millers object to preferen ces for dominion

Rec. Oct. 25, 5.5 p.m. London, October 24. The Associated London Flour Millers' report emphatically ^ protests against wheat duties while imports of Dominion flour are unrestricted. Ottawa instead Of assisting Bi'itish millers, threatens to handicap them by the advqntage hestowed on Canada and Australia. The millers view the position with the utmost seriousness and cannot believe that the last word has been said.
