Kingston, Oct. 20. After 900 convicts had been loeked in their eells, 200 seized the mail bag factory, barricaded the doors with supplies and machinery, and threatened to set fire to the building if attaeked hy troops. To-night they still held the factory, with soldiers mounting the prison walls with guns trained on the building.
