CIVIL ENGINEER CHARGED WITH INFLICTING INJURIES • DEATH IN HOSPITAL

Hamilton, Friday. As a sequel to the death in the Auckland Hospital of Ralph J. Arnold, aged 40 years, Reginald L. Peerless a civil engineer, aged 45 years, was eharged in the Hamilton police court late this afternoon with assaulting Arnold and causing him gTievous bodily harm. Accused, who had surrendered himself to the police, was remanded to appear at Auckland on Thursday next.
