Paish, New Zealand Trade Commissioner, in an interview to Lloyd's List, expressed satisfaction with the Ottawa agreements, : being of the .opinion that they ' would result in advances in the priees for meat and dairy produce. The ad-'; vances would not be much but suffi-; cient to turn the scale in favour of the New Zealand producer.
