r,Ir. and Mrs. A. Walker and Miss J. Walker have left Rotorua on ail extended visit t Palmerston North'. The Postmaster at Rotorua, Mr. A. M. Pobertson returned yesterday from Auckland. Mr. R. C. Russell and Mr. L, Jackson of Auckland, are at Brent's Bath.'gate House. Mrs. M. E. Cave has returned to Rotorua after a fortnight's visit to Auckland. The f ollowing appointments to schools in the Rotorua distriet were made yesterday by the Auckland Education Board. Miss I. A. D. MeDonald, assistant mistress, Rotorua; Miss M. G. Stewart, B.A., Maketu; Miss M. T. Inglis, Taneatua. Mr. Thos. Fahey, of Auckland, and | Mr. B. E. Miles, of Wellington, are I staying at the 'Grand Hotel. Mrs. M. Diek and' Mr. F. J. Dick, of Auckland, are staying at Brent's Bathgate House. Miss Willeocks, of Whakatane, is at Armidale House, Dr. and Mrs. Mclsaacs, of Wellington, are at the Geyser Hotel. Miss M. O'Connor and Miss N. O'Connor, are among those at Brent's Bathgate House. Mr. N. H. Macking, Mr. J. A. Scott and Mr, G. E. Belcher, of Auckland, are among those at the Grand Hotel. Mr. White of Auckland, Mr. Owens of Dunedin ,and Mr, Peddle, of Motu, are staying at Armidale House. Mr, and1 Mrs. Burch, Mr. T. E. Jones and Mr. Selby, of Wellington, are staying at the Geyser Hotel. Miss R. Currey, of Auckland, is at the Grand Hotel. Mr, E. H. Brown, of Hamilton, Mr. 0.
