A. Dixon, who said that he realised the tremendous amount qf w,qrk entailed by the secretaryship, Mr, Henderson was voted a grant of £5. The president thanked the piembers of the union for their help during the season and also the majority of delegates, but said that unforturiately interest was still Iacking in two or three clubs. He referred to tne great help given to the union hy the Arawa Tribal Club which, hy its epccellent showing against Morrinsville and Waipa had aroused so much interest in the game.
