SEVERE BLOW

TO AMERICAN EXPORT Rec. Oct. 17, 8.5 p.m. New York, October 16. The New York Times Ottawa correspondent reports that trade experts e-xpect that the loss of United States exports to Great Britain will be much greater than those to Ganada, and characterised the total loss as a very severe blow to the United States.
