Rec. Oct. 7, 7.30 p.m. Calcutta, October 7. ! European and Indian cotton mer- ! chants decided to submit no longer 1 to the Congress boycott and re-op-
ened yestcrday. A series of Congress piclcets sur-l-ounded the shops and hampered business to such an extent that the firms were compelled again to close the preniises. Several of the pickets were arrested.
