Melbourne. Oct. J. At the Criminal Gourt the jury; found Harold Russell, 24, guilty of the manslaughter of his wife and two sons who were found drowned in a swimming pool at Sunshine on June 11 last. Accused was remanded for sentence. The jury at the first trial disagreed. \ Mxs. Russell (27) and her boys,! aged two and four years, w.ere found drowned on June 11 in a swimming ppol qt Sunshine. Suicide was at first suspected, but Jater suspicion attached to her husband, Harold Russell, for having caused their deaths. He had previously been charged with bigamy.
