Rugby, Sept. 29. The Junior Ministcrial vacancies in the Government have been filled as f ollows : — Mr. L. Hore Belisha (National- Liberal Devonport, Plymouth), Financial Secretary to the Treasury. He was formerly Under-Secretary to the Board of Trade. Dr. E. Leslie Burgin (National-Lib-eral member for Luton, Bedfordshire) . Parliamentary Under-Sec-retary to the Board of Trade. Earl of -Plymouth (Conservative) , Under-Secretary to the Colonial Office. In the last Conservative administration he was Under-Secre-tary for the Dominions. Colonel Morley Headlam (member for Burnard Castle, Durham, Conservative), Under-Secretary for the Dominions. , He was at one time Under-Secretary to the Ad- " miralty. Mr. R. A. Butler (Conservative member for Saf-W alden) , vUnder-Secre-tary to the Indian Office.
