Rec. Sept. 29, 8.10 p.m. I Sydney, Sept. 29. j The Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, had a radio telephone conI versation with Mr. S. M. Bruce igi ! London concerning the terms of the j proposed London conversion of New j South Wales loan of £12,360,958, j which at present carries interest at j 5g per cent., and falls due on Novi ember 1. 1 Mr. Bruce stated that the prospect^ were good for the conversion at a lower rate than 4i per cent at £97. Mr. Lyons hopes to be able to announce the actual terms next week.
