N.Z. CHAMPIONSHIPS TO COMMENCE IN OCTOBER Timaru, Wednesday. The New Zealand womcn's golf champ'ionship tournament will he held here from October 6 to October 13. There are 36 entries for the championahip. Miss B. Gaisford, Manawatu, will defend her title and other .prominent players include Miss Oliver Kay and Mrs. H. Dodgson, Otago. Entries have heen received from Auckland to Invercargill.
