ITALIAN RESERVISTS TO UNDERGO FURTHER TRAINING

Rec. Sept. 26, 7.0 p.m. London, Sept. 26. The Daily Herald in announcing that Signor Mussolini had called up 1,200,000 reservists to mobilisation beginning on October 1, says that the interpretation of the policy at present prevailing at the disarmament conference is that Signor Mussolini believes that the army must be larger, and of a high standard of physical fitness. No limit is anuounced for the duration of the mobilisation, but it is believed that when the examinations are complete, the men will be sent back home.
