The stewards of the Wanganui Jockey Club to day eon :idered a protest against Ganpat, winter of the Durie Hack IIanu-r.au. on Thursday, the grounds being tnat he had won over A/tj00. It was decided that Gaupat was ineligible t? co.apete, and he was disqualitied for tne race. The s+ewards placed Aga Khan first, and Carfex second.
