BOLIVIAN VICTORY
Asuncion, Sept. 22. An army communique on Thursday night announced that Paraguay troops had taken 100 metres of the Bolivian front at Chaco. Seventy-two Bolivians were killed This is the first definite announcement of easualti'es for nearly two weeks in the battle for possession of Fort Boqueron.
