The Manchester Guardian says that the Liberal Ministers intend^ resigning from Cabinet withiut going into Opposition, and will continue to support the Government in everything except the tariffs arranged at Ottawa, thereby freeing themselves of responsibility for the Ottawa decisions and escaping the dreaded accusations that they deserted their posts at a time of national emergency like the Labourites.
