H.ORSES BOLT WITH WAGGON THROUGH CAMBRIDGE STREET
— By Telegraph — Copyright)
Cambridge, Monday. The wild career of a pair of horses and a waggon through the main street of Cambridge to-day caused a good deal of excitement. Mr. E. A. Filleul, who owned the hcrses and waggon, had left them in a yard. The whistle of a train frightened them and they galloped madly along Lake Street into the main street. One of the traces having broken, the horses took a very erratic course. They first collided with a car helonging to the F.A.C. Ltd. Continuing, they swerved and crashed into tbe rear of a stationary car belonging to Mr. James Trewin and then made across the road to strike a small car owned by Mr. vj. H. Priestley. Constable Trask stopped the horses in front of the Police Station.
