N.Z. GOLD CASE

Rec. ept. 19, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, Sept. 19. The New Zealand gold case was settled to-day at the Equity Court and the Police Commissioner here will hand over £1000 worth of gold to the plaintiffs, Garrick and Davidson, Limited. The gold was recently imponnded by the Commonwealth following the arrest of two men who had brought it from New Zealand and who were charged with evading the Customs.
