London, September 10. According to the Chronicle, the •following resignations of Ministers from the National Govemment is a strong possibility: Sir Herbert Samuel (Secretary of State for Home Alfairs). Sir A. SinClair (Secretary of State for ScotJand), and Viscount Snowden (Lord Privy Seal) . It is also probable that the junior members of Sir Herbert Samuel's Liheral Party will follow Sir Ilerbert's lead. The Chronicle publishes a long inspired reply to the Tinxes leader, which appealed to the Samuelite Lib.erals to retain their posts on patriotic ■ grounds, and declares that neither Sir Herbert Samuel nor his followers are sympathetic with the Times appeal.
