BRITISH SUBJECTS WARNED QF DANGER FROM BRIGANDS

Rugby, Sept. 15. In view of the present conditions in Manchuria, British subjects proceeding to and from the Far East are advised for the present not to incur risks by travelling by the HarbinSiberian route.. On this railway a train running from Chang-Chung to Harbin was derailed on Sunday and attacked by brigands, ten persons being killed and 16 seriously injured, while 60 received minor injuries. ■On the eastern branch of the Chineso eastern railway on Sunday last another outbreak occurred, a train being fired at by brigands. Two were killed and 25 injured.
