FARMERS CONTINUE TO STRESS URGENCY OF SETTLEMENT

The Daily Express political correspondent suggests that the exchange of notes between London and Dublin would probably lead to the' renewal of personal contact. Mr. de Valera is passing through London on Sunday en route to Geneva. He may arrive earlier to see Mr. MacDonald and Mr. J. II. Thomas. It is known that Irish farmers are increasingly pressing for a settlement.
