PROBABLY COMPLETED TOWARDS END OF NOVEMBER

Wellington, Thursday. It was stated officially in Wellington to-day that the construction of the Stratford Main Trunk Raihvay line j 85 miles long, will be completed about j the end of November, when it is expected that throngh traffic will be acj cepted. I The line will probably be operated by the Public Works Department until the end of the financial year, at which time it will he taken over hy the Railway Department.
