GERMAN DRAMA MAN WAITS FOR RELEASE TO KILL WIFE'S LOVERS TERRIBLE REVENGE

Rec. Sept. 12, 11.35 p.m. Berlin, Sept. 12. An extraordinary drama of vengeance reached a climax after five years' waiting. Becker, a wellknown merchant, killed his wife in 1927, but escaped conviction for murder as he was able to prove that she was unfaithful with Dr. Boes arid a goldsmith named Bucholz. Becker was, howev'er, sentenced to a Iong term of imprisonment which was recently commuted for good behaviour. . On Friday, Becker called at Dr. Boes' consulting rooms and shot him dead with a revolver. Becker escaped without anyone identifying him with the murder. He then went to the station and entrained for Duisberg, where Bucholz, who recently married, resided. He rang the bell and Bucholz happened to open the door. Becker immediately shot him through the heart, but this time he was overtaken before he could escape. He conf essed to the murders.
