President Rubio, head of the Mexicaxi Govexmment since 1930, sent his resignation in to Congress to-day, bringing the tuiLulent political crisis to a head after three. weelcs of rumour and anxiety. 111 health is supposed to be his reason. General Abalado L. Rodriguez has been designated by Congress to succeed Rubio and he will take the oath on Sunday.
